Monday night, the Elora, ON track will open its seventh season of live harness racing as reported in the latest installment from my weekly Guelph Mercury column.

The show is a vehicle for between-race entertainment for patrons — from trivia to cheerleading to bouncy pony races and even drivers and trainers acting out pre-taped movie lines.
