Maximum horsepower, indeed. On a glorious May day at Classy Lane Stables in Puslinch, ON, photographer Dave Landry nabbed this shot of Canada’s three-time trainer of the year Casie Coleman with North America Cup hopeful Sportswriter and Coleman’s souped-up mustang with the stable colours.

The story:
Stylin’ reinsman Jody Jamieson added some panache to the O’Brien Awards with his Prohibition-Era inspired tux and hat. Jamieson was the toast of the awards where he picked up his second driver of the year award.
